As young people, we absolutely loved the spacious rooms and the amazing views from the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, speaking both Polish and English. The breakfast and dinner were fantastic, with a great variety of choices. The hotel's location was perfect, with a beautiful outdoor area and a great children's animation program available in different languages. We also appreciated that the hotel was pet friendly and had no issues with our small dog. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back!
Felt exceptional, no complaints whatsoever.

The food is acceptable; however it odes smell of food in the entire hotel.
Very poor hotel with dark halls. Personnel is not very friendly and very difficult to communicate with. 95% of the personnel does not speak English. Internet mostly not working or working very slow. Available only in the lobby area, not in the rooms. Swimming pool with very cold water 9 C. I can’t figure out for what reason the hotel is awarded 4 stars.

The steam and sauna rooms.
The miserable staff (apart from the bar staff), the rude gym club man, poor service in restaurant. Noisy house keepers in the morning. Credit card machine broke in ski shop. Virtually no festive spirit with the staff who quite clearly didn't want to be there.

During our stay at this hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful views surrounding the property. The picturesque surroundings added to the overall charm of our experience. We also appreciated the indoor playing area for kids, which provided a fun and engaging space for our little ones. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was a relief, as we were able to bring our furry friend along and enjoy our stay together. Despite a few drawbacks mentioned by other guests, we found our overall experience to be enjoyable and would recommend this hotel to others seeking a relaxing getaway.

We loved the amazing location and the beautiful views of the mountains from the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities and especially the pool area were impressive, and the breakfast was rich and tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the transportation to the nearby ski trails was convenient.
Nothing, all was good.

The breakfast and dinner options were great and provided a wide variety of dishes to choose from. the pool was also a nice feature to have for relaxation. the location was well situated for easy access to nearby attractions.
The hotel facilities were outdated and in need of renovation. the lobby and bar area felt old and shabby, and the rooms were slightly tatty.

Large hotel, easy to find. Good-sized rooms with spectacular views. Nice pool and jacuzzi with no charge before 6 pm. Varied buffet breakfast. Very clean and comfortable. Animal-friendly and great starting point for mountain hikes.
Can't fault anything about it.

We recently had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location in a beautiful area was perfect for us, as we could enjoy the fresh air and stunning views. The hotel offered great service, with attentive staff who were always friendly and professional. The housekeeping was excellent, and our room was clean and modern, providing us with the comfort we were looking for. We also appreciated the hotel amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, which were a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel also had a well-equipped fitness center, which was a nice bonus for us. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
The only downside we can mention is that the restaurant service was not as great as in the bar. However, the breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide selection of delicious food.

I chose this hotel for attending a seminar and was pleased with the conference rooms provided. They were well-equipped and suitable for any kind of event. The staff was helpful and ensured that everything ran smoothly during the seminar.
One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have access to computers, printers, and other office facilities within the hotel.

The value for our money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel provided a beautiful view, and the staff treated us very well.
The breakfast option could have been improved with a greater variety of fresh bread.

The location of the hotel is amazing, just a short ski bus ride away from a great ski station. The hotel has a modern design that perfectly matches with the stunning views of the mountains. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, and the breakfast is full of tasty options to fuel a day of skiing.
The staff could have been more friendly and welcoming, which detracted from our overall experience.

The hotel facilities are good, including restaurants, wellness center, and a gym with a pool. The picturesque hiking trail just outside the hotel was a great touch. Another plus point was the view from the rooms and restaurant. The location of the hotel was perfect for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts. The staff were quite friendly and helpful.
The pool became so crowded after skiing and walking, and the crowds made it quite unpleasant. The hotel would benefit from a larger pool, as it would offer better relaxation options.
